Our Story

Twin Pines Family Services, LLC was founded in 2012 by Jeanne Sink, a former foster parent and mental health administrator with more than 25 years of experience helping children and families. After spending years working in child welfare, Jeanne recognized that children and foster families needed more individualized support than they were receiving. She believed foster care should be built on strong relationships, personalized guidance, and a commitment to the well-being of both children and the families who care for them.

With that vision, she created Twin Pines Family Services—a family-owned agency dedicated to providing trauma-informed care while giving back to the communities that support its mission. Although Jeanne retired in 2025, the legacy she built remains at the heart of our agency, reminding us that every child, family, and community partner deserves to be treated with compassion, integrity, and respect.
